What is embroidery?
Yes — we embroider apparel in-house at 14 Miles Street, Brookvale. Embroidery stitches your logo into the fabric with thread. It is the go-to finish for corporate uniforms, school polos, hospitality, trades and caps because it looks premium and survives regular washing.
When to choose embroidery
- Left-chest logos on polos and work shirts
- Caps, beanies and bucket hats
- Jackets, fleeces and soft shells
- Hi-vis and industrial workwear branding
- School and club staff uniforms
- Names or simple text on garments
For bulk event tees or large multi-colour prints, screen printing is often better. For full-colour detail on small runs, see digital transfers.
How the process works
- Choose garments — from our supplier ranges (AS Colour, Fashion Biz, Bocini, Bisley Workwear, Headwear Professionals, JB’s Wear, Gildan and Ramo) or discuss stock you already have.
- Send artwork — vector preferred; we digitise for stitch.
- Confirm placement & size — left chest, cap front, sleeve, etc.
- We embroider — quality checked before pickup or dispatch.
- Pickup or delivery — collect from Brookvale or courier via Aramex / Australia Post.
Artwork tips for clean embroidery
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) digitise cleanly. Very fine lines, tiny text or heavy gradients may need simplifying — we will tell you before production so there are no surprises. Small jobs and single pieces are welcome.
Pair with print jobs
Many clients combine embroidered polos or caps with printed t-shirts for events and teams. Ask for a package quote.

Embroidery FAQs
What garments can you embroider?
Polos, shirts, caps, beanies, jackets, fleeces, workwear, hi-vis and many school and corporate uniforms. Unsure about a fabric? Call or send details via the quote form.
What artwork do you need?
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. High-resolution logos can work; fine detail may need simplifying for stitch.
Is there a minimum order?
We handle jobs big and small — from a single embroidered polo to full team and corporate runs.
Embroidery vs screen printing?
Embroidery = thread, premium, great for polos/caps/workwear. Screen print = ink, great for bulk tees and bold colour. We recommend the right method for your job.
